Focusing on biceps, triceps, chest, upper back & shoulders Wednesdays Its Hump Day!!.. so obviously we will be focusing on the GLUTES & LOWER BODY Thursdays Sweat it out with CARDIO workouts! Focusing on increasing cardiovascular health & improving breathing techniques Fridays Finish strong with CORE workouts! Focusing on your mid to lower back, abs and obliques Saturdays Wrap up the week’s theme with some more FULL BODY/CARDIO workouts! Sundays FUNDAY using the week’s theme, but focusing on the trainer’s choice of body part. |
