KB BOOTY Designed to target all angles of the glutes - you will lift, round and tighten that booty while building strength and endurance. The butt is the biggest muscle in your body and requires some special attention. This class will definitely leave you feeling more confident and sexy!

KB BOXING This class starts off with intense cardio to get the body warm & ready then combines marial fight combos with basic kettlebell motions to sculpt and tone the body. You will leave this class feeling like a knockout!
KB TONED Is a mix of dynamic supersets and strength training designed to lengthen & TONE your muscles. Each energizing exercise helps you shed pounds and sculpt your body, remaking your shape!

KB HIIT Combine strength training & aerobic conditioning in one total body workout. You will never be bored when circuit training, you'll move quickly though different exercise stations to work different muscle groups. Circuit training is great for weight-loss or those interested in building muscle.

YOGA Our classes welcome everyone regardless of their fitness level or yoga experience. Connect breathe to movement and build heat, strength and flexibility in the body with standing poses, sun salutations and vinyasa flows.
