KB BOOT CAMP Combine strength training & aerobic conditioning in one total body class. Using principles found in HIIT & Circuit training you will move quickly through exercises to work different muscle groups, ensuring you will never be bored. This is a great workout for those looking to getting defined muscles & weight loss.

KB BOXING This technique-driven class grew from our years training in MMA (mixed martial arts) where you will learn stance, coordination, footwork, and defense tactics. This is a non-contact cardio conditioning class - boxing gloves are not needed. This class will definitely have you looking like a Knockout!

This is your chance to practice what you learned from KettleBella classes or continue training your own disciplines. While we do have trainers on site we require that all participants be pre - approved for this class time as it is not under direct supervision of the trainers. The coach will be there to offer instruction and tips to the members, however they will not lead members through a structured warm up or workout. Open Gym is limited to participants that are 18+ and who have taken at least one KettleBella class prior.

CANDLE LiT YOGA
Our classes welcome everyone regardless of their fitness level or yoga experience. Connect breathe to movement and build heat, strength and flexibility in the body with standing poses, sun salutations and vinyasa flows. Modifications are given, allowing the students to choose a gentler or more advanced practice according to their needs.

If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist — it works! When you see that a class is full, click on it, and it will ask you if you want to add your name to the waitlist. If the waitlist is full, it will tell you that too. If a spot opens up, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation.
IMPORTANT: It is assumed that by being on the waitlist, you will be able to take the class if you get in. If you do not want a spot in the class, you need to remove yourself from the class/waitlist 4 hours in advance of the class.
To Check on Your Waitlist Status
• Sign into your account
• Go to “My Info” > “My Schedule”
• It will say “Waitlist Unconfirmed” if you got into the class
• If you can’t remember what classes you waitlisted for, click on the word “Waitlist” on the top right in “My Schedule”
Terms and Conditions
All sales are final; classes are not eligible for transfer or exchange
• Cancellations must be made up to 4 hours prior to class; class will go back onto your account for use at a later date
• If you do not cancel 4 hours before class, you will be considered a late cancel and you will lose your class
• No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of class by clients with unlimited month or monthly memberships will incur a $5 fee
• Class packages cannot be shared
• Valid Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express must be on file for all ative accounts
