Of course! There is no way to 'get - fit' for fitness. Keeping that in mind we do structure our classes to make every individual comfortable when starting their fitness training - no matter their fitness level or training background. Our method allows you to start at any fitness level, our coaching will help you to develop the confidence to crush all your fitness goals.
Q: Is Kettlebell training difficult?
Not when working with the proper equipment and with an experienced Kettlebell trainer. Kettle bell is easy to pick up, whether you are a beginner or a veteran at working out.
Q: Is Kettlebell Training effective?
YES! You get maximum results with shorter workouts while increasing your muscular endurance and core strength. Kettlebell Training burns calories and fat away rapidly. In a 2010 ACE research study it was noted that, ". . .During the 20-minute kettlebell workout, the average calorie burn was 272 calories. . ." Now imagine what you can do in 45 minutes to an hour.
Q: What should I know before taking my first class?
Come ready to sweat and ready to hit muscle groups that you never knew existed. Please do not come on an empty stomach but also don't eat a huge meal before. Make sure you eat something light about an hour or so before. You do not need gloves for our classes, just sneakers and a smile =)
